Deb Etheridge, VP Legacy Insurance, Sales and Marketing

Education & Experience
Deb’s exceptional leadership abilities were gained through many years of service and insurance experience. She served as a multi-line agent for Country Companies, crop adjuster for Rural Community Insurance Services, and agent/ product sales department head (leading a team of 30) for Farm Credit. Most recently, Deb spent nearly 7 years with Waterstreet Solutions, leading a team of up to 30 agents in crop insurance and multi-line insurance sales. Deb has a strong history of promoting growth and revenue. After attending the University of Illinois, Deb married and moved to western Illinois, where she and her husband raised row crops (corn and soybeans), cattle and hogs. Today, her son and daughter, along with their families and their father, are running the family farm.

About Me
Deb grew up on a dairy farm in central Illinois. Her hobbies include boating, fishing, hunting and shooting. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends at their cabins on the Mississippi River near New Boston, Illinois. Deb’s favorite activity these days is spending time with her grandchildren, especially watching them show livestock at the fair.

Duane White

Duane White joined Legacy Insurance Brokerage, the subsidiary crop insurance Group in January of 2017. Duane’s crop insurance experience spans 30 years working for RCIS and ARMtech as well as sometime in the independent agent side of the business throughout that period. Duane works with Family Farms teams from IL west as far as Kansas, Colorado and North Dakota. He works primarily from an office on his farm.

About Me
When not working Crop Insurance Duane enjoys working Simmental Cattle with his son Devon who shows regionally. Duane has a daughter Kelsey, son Devon, son-in-law Ross, and a new granddaughter Kennedy that he also enjoys spending time with.


Ann Yattoni, Insurance Risk Advisor

Education & Experience
Ann joined Legacy Insurance Brokers in 2013. Her prior experience has afforded her a strong foundation of knowledge in assisting and educating clients. She has worked for some of the most prestigious names in the crop insurance industry, including USDA/Federal Crop Insurance Corporation, American Agrisurance, Farm Credit Service and Water Street Solutions. Ann’s prior roles include Insurance Specialist, Marketing Representative, Crop Insurance Coordinator and Crop Insurance Field Manager.
Ann is licensed to sell crop insurance in 11 states.

Skills & Achievements
While at USDA, Ann was accepted into the Upward Mobility program which offered advanced training in crop insurance. At Agrisurance, she was awarded membership in the “Million Dollar Club”, although her sales today far exceed that amount.

About Me
Ann primarily works out of her home in Glenarm, IL, where she resides with her husband, Sam. When not working, Ann loves to travel, ride with Sam on their Harley Davidson, camp, and spend time with her daughter Wendy and family, including her grandson Caid.

Mary Mueller, Customer Service Representative Lead

Education & Experience
Mary’s knowledge of federal crop insurance rules and regulations, combined with her expertise in developing processes and procedures, makes her an important contributor to the growth and development of the insurance department. Mary possesses a AAS Degree and currently holds an Insurance Producer License in the state of Illinois.
Mary has 25 years of experience working in the crop insurance industry, working on both the company and agency side. After gaining considerable expertise, she resigned from her position as a Supervisor over the 16 Crop Service Specialists to pursue new challenges working directly with agents and farmers. Over the past 10 years, she has worked in Management, Training, Sales and Service Support Roles for agencies throughout the Midwest.

Skills & Achievements
Mary has a great deal of experience working through complex compliance reviews, claims and underwriting reviews. She has a keen eye for details and gains a great deal of satisfaction knowing her clients’ policies are completed accurately according to proper procedures and guidelines.

About Me
Mary enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family. She has a grown daughter, Jordan, a son-in-law, John, a grandson, Johnny and a granddaughter, Jade. Her father grew up on a dairy farm in Eau Claire, WI. He left the family farm to pursue a career in the insurance industry, which eventually brought his family to Peoria IL., which is where Mary currently resides. Her parents, though retired, still own and operate a local business in Peoria.


Janet Alexander, Customer Service Representative

Education & Experience
Janet was born and raised on a grain and livestock farm in Morgan County, Illinois. After graduating from Patricia Stevens Career College, Janet was employed as a Secretary by Horace Mann Educators. Janet began her career in Agri Business in 1978 as a Branch Secretary with Production Credit Association, eventually moving into the role of Association Treasurer. PCA later became part of Farm Credit Services of Illinois where Janet held several different positions including Credit Assistant and Crop Insurance Specialist. After more than 29 years at FCS, Janet moved to Water Street Solutions, processing crop insurance from her home. From there Janet moved to Legacy Insurance Brokerage.

Skills & Achievements
Janet Alexander joined Legacy Insurance Brokerage in 2016 as a Crop Insurance CSR (Client Service Representative), working closely with the Crop Insurance team processing and servicing policies. In addition to her duties as CSR, she also maintains a small crop insurance book of business.

About Me
Janet and her husband, Michael, have three grown children and three beautiful granddaughters, and reside in Jacksonville, Illinois. In her spare time, Janet enjoys gardening, crafts, and reading.
